Comparison
Two trade copiers built for futures prop firm traders. SyncFutures markets itself as “100% cloud-based” with broader platform coverage today — TopstepX, Rithmic, TradingView. PropCopy ships a cloud Web Copier plus a native NinjaTrader 8 add-on, deeper bracket order handling, native mobile apps, and transparent pricing.

Wider platform support today. SyncFutures lists Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, and TradingView as supported platforms — all in their cloud offering. They also market dedicated TopstepX support. PropCopy supports Tradovate (cloud) and NinjaTrader 8 (native local add-on); TopstepX, cloud Rithmic, and TradingView webhooks are on the roadmap but not shipped.
Pure cloud model. SyncFutures explicitly markets “no software installation, no VPS hosting, no technical setup.” If you specifically want to avoid running anything locally — even for NinjaTrader-connected brokers — their cloud-only model is cleaner. PropCopy’s NT8 add-on requires a Windows machine to run NinjaTrader on.
Compliance-grade messaging. SyncFutures mentions bank-level encryption and GDPR/CCPA compliance prominently. PropCopy uses AES-256-GCM encryption (also bank-grade) and has the same compliance posture, but doesn’t feature it as heavily in marketing.
Native NinjaTrader 8 add-on. PropCopy ships an actual NinjaTrader 8 plugin that runs inside NT8 with unlimited local accounts ($29.99/mo). SyncFutures’ NinjaTrader support is a cloud connection. For traders who already live in NT8 — custom indicators, ATM strategies, chart-based execution — the native add-on integrates with the platform you’re already using rather than asking you to route through a separate web layer.
Bracket order behavior is explicit. PropCopy marks full OCO bracket copying with real-time mid-trade stop adjustments as a headline feature: move your stop to break-even on the master and every follower’s stop moves in real time. SyncFutures lists trade copying with millisecond execution but doesn’t market the bracket OCO semantics specifically. For prop firm trading where a missed bracket adjustment is a blown account, the explicit guarantee matters.
Native iOS + Android mobile apps. Real apps with push notifications and biometric authentication. SyncFutures is mobile-responsive web only. The difference is meaningful for traders who check positions from their phone throughout the day.
Pricing transparency. PropCopy lists every plan and tier on the public homepage — $9.99 Dashboard, $19.99-$99.99 Web Copier (5/10/20/unlimited accounts), $29.99 NT8 add-on. SyncFutures doesn’t list pricing publicly; you have to navigate to a hidden pricing page that’s gated. For a SaaS in 2026, transparent pricing builds trust faster.
Per-account prop firm safety rails. PropCopy’s daily loss limits, max position size, and copy pause toggle are configurable per follower account — designed around the specific reality that prop firms have rule breaches that kill accounts. SyncFutures lists “custom multipliers and automated risk management” generally; the per-account granularity isn’t made explicit on their site.
SyncFutures has shipped three integrations PropCopy is still building: TopstepX support, cloud Rithmic, and TradingView. If any of those are blocking for you today, SyncFutures is the practical answer. PropCopy’s roadmap covers all three but they aren’t live yet. Choose based on which platforms you trade on today, not on roadmap promises from either side.
Both products are credible cloud copiers for prop firm futures traders. SyncFutures wins on platform breadth shipped today. PropCopy wins on the depth of the Tradovate + NT8 stack, explicit bracket order semantics, native mobile apps, transparent pricing, and the explicit per-account prop-firm rule enforcement that prevents one bad day from cascading across accounts. If your trading is concentrated on Tradovate or NinjaTrader 8 prop accounts, PropCopy is the deeper tool. If your stack spans TopstepX, Rithmic-routed brokers, or TradingView automation, SyncFutures is the wider net right now.
